Your workspace has two sides. On the left, you talk to Ari. On the right, you see your preview store: the private copy of your shop where every change shows up first.

Your preview store is a working copy of your shop. Click around, search and open any page, the way a customer would. The bar above it has a few buttons:

| Storefront | Shows your shop the way a customer sees it. |
| Admin | Opens the admin of your preview store. Ari signs you in, so there is no password to type. |
| The circle arrow | Reloads the page you are on. |
| The phone | Shows the page at phone size, so you can check how it looks on mobile. Press it again to go back. |
| The box with an arrow | Opens the preview in its own browser tab. |
| The four corners | Makes the preview fill your screen. Press it again to bring the chat back. |
The round button with your initials shows the email you signed in with. It also opens Settings and lets you Sign out. If you look after more than one store, you can switch stores here too.
The account button opens Settings and Sign out.
Press the round button with your initials, then Settings. There you find:
When something happens in another chat, a small card appears at the top right. For example, when someone from Support replies to you. Press Open to go there, or the X to close the card.
