After you sign off a release, it waits in Release history until it is on your live store. There are two ways it gets there, depending on how your store is set up with us. Most stores start with the first one.
Press the round button with your initials, then Settings and Release history.

Release history: what is on its way, and what is already live.
Press a release to see the changes in it, and press a change to open its chat.
Our Support team puts it live
When you sign off, our Support team is told right away. You can see when under the release, for example Support notified at 15:02.
They check the release once more and put it on your live store. As soon as it is there, you get an email, and the release moves to On your live store, often with a short note about what they checked.

You deploy it from Ari
If your store is set up for it, a Deploy to production button appears above your releases. Press it when you want your releases on your live store.

Ari shows you what goes out. Press Deploy now to confirm.

Ari confirms what goes to your live store.
Ari takes it from there: your signed-off changes are brought together with your live store and handed to your hosting, which puts them live the way it always does.
What you might see while it runs:
If something doesn't go as planned, Support is told, and a person gets back to you.
