Every change starts with a chat. Tell Ari what you would like, in your own words. You don't need any technical terms: describe what you want your customers to see.

Starting a new chat

Use one chat for each change. It keeps every change easy to check on its own. To start one, press the chat name at the top, then Start new chat. Type what you would like and press Enter.

<aside> ℹ️

A new chat starts from your store as it was at your last release. Changes from other chats that you haven't released yet don't show up in it. That way, you see each change on its own.

Describing your idea

Say what you want to see, and where. Give exact words, colors or sizes when you have them. A picture helps too: a screenshot of something you like, a new logo, a price list.

Answering Ari's questions

When the result is a matter of taste, Ari asks before building. That way you don't wait for a change you then need to redo. Ari usually offers a few options: press one, or type your own answer.

While Ari works

Once Ari has what it needs, the work begins. A card in the chat shows what is happening: how long it has been going, what is being done right now, and how much is done so far.
