Ari is like a member of your team who makes changes to your Magento store. You tell Ari what you want in a chat, in your own words. Ari builds it on a private copy of your store, so you can see it working before any customer does.

What you can ask Ari for
Anything you would ask a web developer to do on your store. For example:
- Change how your store looks: colors, banners, menus, fonts, page layouts.
- Add something new: a size guide, a low stock message, a free shipping bar, a blog.
- Extensions: install a new one, update one you have, or fix one that stopped working.
- Upkeep: keep your store up to date and fix things that broke.
- Questions: “Which products have no photo?” or “Which payment methods are switched on?”
Not sure if Ari can do it? Ask anyway. Ari tells you what is possible and offers the closest option.
How a change happens
- You ask. Describe the change in a chat.
- Ari checks the details. When the result is a matter of taste, such as which shade of green, Ari asks first and gives you a few options.
- Ari builds it. The change appears on your preview store. You can close Ari meanwhile: you get an email when it is ready.
- You look at it. Ask for adjustments in the same chat until it is right.
- You release it. When you are happy, you send it to your live store. Nothing reaches your customers before that.
