This page takes you from your first email to your first screen in Ari.

Getting your account

Our team sets up every Ari account, so there is no sign-up form. If you are new to Ari, the first step is a short call with us. We look at your store together, talk about what you would like Ari to help with, and set up your preview store. You can book the call through Contact sales on withari.ai.

When your store is ready, you get an email from Ari with a link to sign in.

Want a colleague to join? Type @support in any chat with their name and work email. We add them, and they get an email from Ari.

Signing in

1. Open ari.agentformagento.com.
2. Type your work email and press Email me a link. If you see Continue with Google, you can use your Google account instead, as long as it has the same email address.
3. Open the email from Ari and click the link. It takes you straight into Ari. There is no password to remember.

Your first screen

After you sign in, Ari greets you by name. Press Open workspace to start.

Ari opens your most recent chat. On your very first visit, Ari opens a new chat, ready for your first request.

More than one store?

If you look after more than one store, press the round button with your initials at the top of the chat. Then pick a store under Switch store.

Signing out

Press the round button with your initials, then Sign out.
